09:19 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NXP Semiconductors ( NXPI ) said Tuesday it completed the acquisition of TTTech Auto, a provider of systems and middleware for software-defined vehicles.

NXP said that to keep operating inside an open industry ecosystem, TTTech Auto's services will have a neutral position and support system-on-chips manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers and third-party software partners.

NXP said on Jan. 7 it agreed to buy TTTech for $625 million in cash.

Shares of NXP were down more than 1% in recent premarket activity.
