NXP Semiconductors to Acquire Aviva Links for $242.5 Million

08:42 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NXP Semiconductors ( NXPI ) said Tuesday it agreed to acquire Aviva Links in an all-cash deal valued at $242.5 million.

NXP said the acquisition, which expands its automotive networking and connectivity portfolio, is expected to close H1 of 2025.
