04:45 PM EDT, 06/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nyxoah ( NYXH ) closed its US public offering of over 55.2 million common shares at $1.72 apiece for gross proceeds of $95 million, the company said late Wednesday.

The shares included those sold in a private offering to certain investors outside the US, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used to expand commercialization in the US, finance research on Genio system upgrades, and general corporate purposes, among others, the company said.
