05:32 PM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nyxoah ( NYXH ) said Monday that it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Inspire Medical Systems ( INSP ) in the US District Court for the District of Delaware, seeking injunctive relief and damages.

The complaint alleged that Inspire IV and Inspire V devices infringe on three patents held by Nyxoah ( NYXH ).

Inspire Medical Systems ( INSP ) didn't reply immediately to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

The shares of both companies rose 1.9% in after-hours trading.
