Nyxoah Reduces Shares Available Under At the-Market Offering Program

06:05 PM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nyxoah ( NYXH ) said late Wednesday it has reduced the maximum amount of shares available for issuance under its "at-the-market" offering program to about 4.4 million shares from 6 million previously.

The medical technology company said roughly 3.66 million shares remain available for issuance after the reduction.
