Oct 21 (Reuters) - Ocado Group ( OCDGF ) is lining up

Adam Warby, a former Microsoft executive, to replace Rick

Haythornthwaite as the grocery technology company's chairman,

Sky News reported on Monday.

Warby currently serves as the chair of executive search firm

Heidrick & Struggles ( HSII ) and as a senior advisor to KKR, a

U.S.-based investment firm.
