Oceaneering International Wins $33 Million US Navy Contract for Submarine Equipment

05:19 PM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oceaneering International ( OII ) said Monday that its aerospace and defense technologies unit received a $33 million follow-on, single award, fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract from the US Navy.

Under the contract, the company will manufacture Virginia-class submarine support equipment for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division.

The contract started in early June, and Oceaneering ( OII ) will manufacture work platforms to support maintenance for Virginia-class submarines' sail and vertical payload tubes, according to the company.

Oceaneering ( OII ) shares rose 2% in after-hours trading.
