Oceaneering Unit Wins $180 Million of Subsea Robotics Contracts From Petroleo Brasileiro

08:26 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oceaneering International ( OII ) said Thursday that its Marine Production Systems do Brasil unit won about $180 million of subsea robotics contracts from Petroleo Brasileiro (PBR) or Petrobras in Q2.

The contracts each have a four-year duration with options to extend and are expected to start on various dates in Q3 and Q4 this year and Q1 of 2026, Oceaneering ( OII ) said.

The company said it will provide work class remotely operated vehicle services, tooling packages and survey services onboard several anchor handling and ROV support vessels working on Petrobras projects off Brazil.

Oceaneering ( OII ) shares were up 1.7% in recent premarket activity.
