OceanFirst Financial Board Authorizes Stock Buyback Plan

03:45 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OceanFirst Financial ( OCFC ) said Wednesday its board has authorized a stock repurchase program for up to 3 million shares, or about 5% of the company's outstanding stock.

The new authorization is incremental to the company's existing 2021 stock repurchase plan, the company said.
