Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.42.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $93.2 million, down from $101 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $94.4 million.

The company said its board maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on Aug. 16 to stockholders of record on Aug. 5.

Shares of the company fell 5% in after-hours activity.
