OceanPal Closes Upsized Public Offering to Raise $18 Million

05:55 PM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OceanPal ( OP ) closed an upsized public offering of almost 11 million units at $1.64 apiece to raise gross proceeds of $18 million.

Each unit consists of a common share and one warrant to purchase a common share, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
