Ocugen Closes $35 Million Common Stock Offering

04:05 PM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ocugen ( OCGN ) said Friday it closed an underwritten public offering of about 30.4 million common shares at $1.15 per share for gross proceeds of $35 million.

Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, capital expenditures, working capital, and general and administrative expenses.
