05:44 PM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oculis Holding ( OCS ) on Tuesday filed a prospectus for the sale of up to 361,011 ordinary shares of the company by a selling security holder from time to time.

The holder may offer any or all of the shares that are issuable upon the exercise of a warrant, it said.

The company said it would not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Shares of Oculis were up more than 8% in recent after-hours trading.
