Oculis Holding Files $300 Million Mixed-Securities Shelf Registration

02:12 PM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oculis Holding ( OCS ) on Monday filed a registration with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to sell ordinary shares, debt securities, warrants, and units which it plans to offer from time to time.

The mixed-securities are expected to have an aggregate offering price of up to $300 million, the company said.

Proceeds from the sale of securities will be used to fund the company's research and development activities as well as the progression of its clinical programs, according to the filing.
