Odd Burger Completes First Tranche of Private Placement, But Closing Extended

05:01 PM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Odd Burger ( ODDAF ) after trade Thursday announced that, on Dec. 30, 2024, it completed the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement of 1.72 million units at a price of $0.25 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $430,000.

According to a statement the closing of the offering has been extended to Jan. 31, 2025.

Thursday's statement noted each unit consists of one common share in the capital of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share at a price of $0.30 per common share on or before Dec. 30, 2026.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used for working capital purposes.

Completion of the offering will be subject to receipt of all required regulatory and stock exchange approvals including the final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
