11:28 AM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oddity Tech's ( ODD ) Oddity Finance unit said Tuesday it has priced $525 million of its 0% exchangeable senior notes due 2030 in a private placement.

The company said it also granted the initial purchasers an option to purchase up to an additional $75 million of notes. The offering was increased from the initial offering size of $350 million.

Oddity said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes. The offering is set to close on June 12.
