03:42 AM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ODDITY Tech ( ODD ) said late Thursday it priced a secondary public offering of 4.8 million of its class A shares on behalf of a selling stockholder at $43.50 per share.

The selling shareholder has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 717,391 shares.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close on March 19.
