11:39 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ODDITY Tech's ( ODD ) Oddity Finance unit said Monday that it plans to offer $350 million aggregate principal amount of its exchangeable senior notes due 2030 through a private placement to qualified institutional buyers.

The company said it also plans to grant initial buyers a 13-day option to purchase up to $50 million additional notes.

Oddity Finance said the offering remains subject to market and other conditions, and proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Shares of ODDITY Tech ( ODD ) were down 7% in recent Monday trading.
