ODP Extends $800 Million Asset-Based Credit Facility to 2029

12:37 PM EDT, 05/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ODP (ODP) said Thursday it has amended its $800 million asset-based credit facility and extended the maturity date to May 2029.

The renewed facility includes "improved" terms and conditions and was oversubscribed with strong lender support, the company said.
