01:44 PM EST, 11/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ODP (ODP) said Wednesday it has formed a partnership with a strategic reseller organization, offering office, furniture, print, promotional and facility resource solutions to multi-site companies.

The partnership, worth up to $1.5 billion over a 10-year period, will leverage the reseller's expertise in creating e-commerce solutions and fulfillment centers and delivery network, ODP said.
