Office Properties Income Trust Issues $42.6 Million in Debt

01:11 PM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Office Properties Income Trust ( OPI ) said Wednesday it issued $42.6 million in new 9% senior secured notes due 2029.

The company's shares fell 2.7% in recent Wednesday trading.

Price: 1.96, Change: -0.05, Percent Change: -2.74
