10:27 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OFS Capital ( OFS ) said Wednesday it appointed Kyle Spina as chief financial officer, effective March 31.

Spina will succeed Jeff Cerny, who has announced his retirement, according to the company. Cerny will continue in his role as a board member.

Spina has served as chief accounting officer of OFS Capital ( OFS ) since April 2023, the company added.
