OFS Capital Launches Notes Offering

09:05 AM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OFS Capital ( OFS ) said Wednesday it has launched an underwritten offering of unsecured notes.

Net proceeds from the proposed offering will be used to partially redeem $25 million of its $125 million in 4.75% notes due February 2026.

The redemption, including interest and any make-whole premium, is scheduled for Aug. 11, the company said.
