OGE Energy Appoints Charles Walworth as CFO; Keeps Dividend at $0.42125 a Share

05:18 PM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- OGE Energy ( OGE ) said Wednesday it appointed Charles Walworth as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Walworth has worked for OGE Energy ( OGE ) for the last 25 years and was most recently the company's treasurer.

OGE Energy ( OGE ) kept its quarterly dividend at $0.42125 a share, payable on Jan. 31 to shareholders of record on Jan. 6.
