OGE Energy Launches $345 Million Stock Offering

05:43 PM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OGE Energy ( OGE ) said late Thursday it started an underwritten public offering of $345 million shares, with about half of the shares to be sold directly and the balance through forward sellers.

The company said it expects to use the net proceeds for capital spending and general corporate purposes.

Shares were over 2% lower in after-hours activity.
