06:08 AM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- O-I Glass ( OI ) said late Monday that its unit, Owens-Brockway Glass Container, has priced a private offering of $300 million of its 7.375% senior notes due 2032 at par.

The company said it expects to use the net proceeds to redeem all its outstanding 6.375% senior notes due 2025. The offering is expected to close on May 30.
