09:38 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- O-I Glass ( OI ) said Monday that its Owens-Brockway Glass Container unit has launched a $300 million private offering of its senior notes due 2032.

The company said Owens-Brockway expects to use the net proceeds, along with cash, to redeem all of its outstanding 6.375% senior notes due 2025.
