05:25 PM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oil States International ( OIS ) said Lloyd Hajdik, currently the chief financial officer, was appointed CEO effective May 1 following the retirement of Cindy Taylor.

Hajdik, 60, joined the company in December 2013. Taylor will remain in a consulting role through Oct. 31, Oil States ( OIS ) said Monday in a regulatory filing.

Matthew Autenrieth, 42, currently vice president of finance and assistant treasurer, succeeds Hajdik as CFO.
