04:33 PM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oil-Dri of America (ODC) said Wednesday it maintained its quarterly cash dividend at $0.31 a share, payable on Nov. 22 to shareholders of record on Nov. 8.

The company said it also approved a 2-for-1 stock split in the form of a stock dividend conditional on the approval of shareholders to increase authorized shares at the upcoming annual meeting on Dec. 11.
