Oklo Closes $25 Million All-Stock Acquisition of Atomic Alchemy

08:30 AM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oklo ( OKLO ) said Wednesday it has closed its $25 million all-stock acquisition of Atomic Alchemy.

The company said the acquisition is expected to have "minimal immediate impact" on its operating costs and 2025 outlook.

Oklo ( OKLO ) said the acquisition also enhances its ability to provide a domestic supply chain of radioisotopes for healthcare, research, and defense.

Atomic Alchemy will operate as a subsidiary under its own brand, the company said.
