10:08 AM EST, 11/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oklo ( OKLO ) said Thursday that Atomic Alchemy, which it plans to acquire in an all-stock transaction, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Zeno Power Systems to provide it with strontium-90, americium-241, and other radioisotopes to power radioisotope power systems.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

Oklo's ( OKLO ) recycling processes can produce these radioisotopes as coproducts, the company added.
