08:45 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oklo ( OKLO ) said Wednesday that it has signed a binding contract with Siemens Energy to design and deliver the power conversion system for Oklo's ( OKLO ) Aurora powerhouse at the Idaho National Laboratory.

Under the deal, Siemens Energy will begin engineering and design work to accelerate procurement of long-lead components and begin the manufacturing process for the power conversion system, Oklo ( OKLO ) said.

Siemens Energy will also conduct detailed engineering and layout activities for a condensing SST-600 steam turbine, an SGen-100A industrial generator, and associated auxiliaries, Oklo ( OKLO ) said.

Key procurement areas include fuel, site, and the plant power conversion system, the company said.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Shares of Oklo ( OKLO ) were up over 7% in recent premarket activity.
