08:35 AM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oklo ( OKLO ) said Tuesday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power to develop and deploy Oklo's ( OKLO ) nuclear technology.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the terms, the two parties will mull strategies to jointly advance the development and verification of Oklo's ( OKLO ) Aurora powerhouse, the nuclear technology company said, adding that it also intends to deploy its 75 MWe Aurora powerhouse at the Idaho National Laboratory site.

Oklo ( OKLO ) said it is in discussions with the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission in a pre-application readiness assessment and plans to file a formal combined license application later in 2025.

Oklo's ( OKLO ) stock was up more than 2% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
