Oklo to Start Trading on NYSE on Friday

08:18 AM EDT, 05/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Oklo will start trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "OKLO" on Friday.

The fast fission clean power technology and nuclear fuel recycling company said this follows the completion of its business combination with AltC Acquisition on Thursday.

Oklo said it has received gross transaction proceeds of about $306 million to support its business plan.
