05:39 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Oklo ( OKLO ) and Vertiv ( VRT ) said Tuesday they will collaborate to co-develop power and thermal management offerings for hyperscale and colocation data centers.

"By leveraging heat from Oklo's ( OKLO ) onsite power plant to drive Vertiv's ( VRT ) cooling systems, the collaboration will significantly enhance data center energy efficiency," the companies said.

Oklo ( OKLO ) and Vertiv ( VRT ) will collaborate to produce end-to-end reference designs for data centers that use Oklo's ( OKLO ) onsite power plants, they said.

Vertiv ( VRT ) shares were down 1.8% in recent premarket activity, while Oklo ( OKLO ) fell 1.9%.
