09:36 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Okta ( OKTA ) Chief Technology Officer Abhi Sawant said Tuesday that the company signed a definitive deal to acquire Axiom Security, which provides an identity-centric privileged access management, or PAM, platform.

No financial details were disclosed.

Sawant said Axiom Security will be integrated into Okta Privileged Access, the company's PAM product, in the coming months.
