10:52 AM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Old National Bancorp ( ONB ) said Monday that it closed the merger with CapStar Financial Holdings, the holding company for CapStar Bank.

The combined company has about $52 billion of assets and $29 billion of assets under management, according to the company.

The company shares were down more than 3% in recent trading.
