04:43 PM EST, 11/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Old Point Financial ( OPOF ) said Friday Cathy W. Liles was appointed as chief financial officer of the company and its banking unit Old Point National Bank, according to the company.

Liles joined Old Point as chief accounting officer in May and was named interim CFO in July, the company added.
