08:49 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Old Second Bancorp ( OSBC ) said Tuesday that it has completed its merger with Bancorp Financial, effective July 1.

Old Second said Bancorp's unit, Evergreen Bank Group, merged into Old Second's unit, Old Second National Bank, also effective July 1.

Old Second said Bancorp Financial shareholders will receive 2.5814 shares of Old Second common stock and $15.93 in cash for each Bancorp share.
