08:51 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Olema Pharmaceuticals ( OLMA ) said Wednesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 10 million of its common shares at $19 apiece for expected gross proceeds of about $190 million.

The company has offered a 30-day option to the underwriters to buy up to an additional 1.5 million of its common shares, Olema said.

Olema intends to close the offering on Thursday, it said.

Shares of the company were down 4.4% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
