05:34 PM EST, 11/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Olema Pharmaceuticals ( OLMA ) announced late Tuesday its plans for a public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants.

The company said underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 15% of the shares, including those underlying the pre-funded warrants.

Olema added that there is no assurance regarding the timing, size, or completion of the proposed offering.

Shares of the company were down 2.4% in after-hours activity.
