08:01 AM EDT, 07/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Olink Holding ( OLK ) said Monday the UK Competition and Markets Authority approved the buyout offer by Thermo Fisher Scientific's ( TMO ) unit Orion Acquisition of all the company's outstanding common shares and American depositary shares at $26 per share.

Following approval, Olink ( OLK ) and Thermo Fisher are expected to complete the offer promptly after its expiration at 5 pm ET Tuesday, Olink ( OLK ) said.
