12:10 PM EDT, 06/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Omada Health (OMDA) shares were rising sharply in their Nasdaq trading debut Friday after the virtual healthcare provider priced its initial public offering of 7.9 million shares at $19 apiece.

The shares were up about 42% at $26.99 in recent trading.

Omada said it has granted its underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.19 million additional shares.
