Omegro Buys ClarityRFID to Expand Retail Inventory Solutions

09:55 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Omegro, a portfolio within Volaris and one of Constellation Software's ( CNSWF ) six operating groups, said Wednesday it acquired ClarityRFID, formerly SML IIS, a provider of RFID inventory solutions and services to the retail sector.

"This acquisition will add Omegro's focus on long-term, sustainable growth to ClarityRFID's existing industry-leading solutions and services as it continues serving the retail sector from supply chain to in-store experience," said Omegro transformation manager Caroline Calhoun.

Omegro said ClarityRFID will continue to operate independently under group Leader Andy Nelson. No sale price was disclosed.
