07:34 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- OmniAb ( OABI ) said Monday it agreed to sell more than 21 million common shares in a private placement at $1.40 apiece for roughly $30 million.

The offering will likely close around Tuesday, the company said, adding that it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

OmniAb ( OABI ) shares were down more than 10% in recent Monday premarket activity.
