Omnicell's Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Decline, Beat Estimates; Shares Rise

11:20 AM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Omnicell ( OMCL ) shares were up more than 23% Thursday after it reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings of $0.51 per diluted share, down from $0.57 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.14.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $276.8 million compared with $299 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $254.4 million.

The company said it expects Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.34 to $0.44 and $275 million to $285 million in revenue. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $0.40 in non-GAAP EPS on revenue of $277.1 million.

For the full year, Omnicell ( OMCL ) said it now expects $1.20 to $1.50 in non-GAAP EPS, from the previous range of $0.90 to $1.40, and $1.07 billion to $1.11 billion in revenue, from its previous forecast of $1.05 billion to $1.12 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $1.11 in non-GAAP EPS on revenue of $1.07 billion.
