11:24 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Omnicom Group ( OMC ) said Tuesday it has created Omnicom Advertising Group, which unites networks such as BBDO, DDB, TBWA and other agencies within the Advertising Collective, under a new global organization.
OAG will be led by Troy Ruhanen as Global CEO, Deepthi Prakash as COO and Denis Streiff as Global CFO, while each agency within the group will maintain its own distinct brand, culture and personnel, getting support from shared investments in advanced tools, technologies and AI platforms, the company said.
The agency networks within OAG will report to Ruhanen, Omnicom ( OMC ) said, adding that current customers will receive support from the agency and the teams they are partnered with.
The changes will be implemented starting Jan. 1, 2025, according to the company.
