12:36 PM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Omnicom Group ( OMC ) and Interpublic (IPG) said Tuesday their respective stockholders approved Omnicom's ( OMC ) acquisition of Interpublic in separate special meetings.

The companies said they remain on track to complete the transaction in H2.

Interpublic stockholders will receive 0.344 Omnicom ( OMC ) shares for every Interpublic share owned. Omnicom ( OMC ) stockholders will own 60.6% of the combined company and Interpublic shareholders the balance after deal completion.
