ON Semiconductor Asks Shareholders to Reject TRC Capital's Mini-Tender Offer

04:54 PM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ON Semiconductor (ON) said Tuesday it is recommending its stockholders to reject a mini-tender offer by TRC Capital

The unsolicited offer is to buy up to 1.5 million shares at $70.75 per share, the company said. The offer is currently scheduled to expire on April 19.
