08:45 AM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ON Semiconductor (ON) said Wednesday that it has completed its acquisition of Qorvo's Silicon Carbide Junction Field-Effect Transistor technology business for $115 million in cash.

The company said it expects the acquired business to support its power portfolio.

Shares of ON were up 2.7% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
